During the months of September through March and mid-April until mid-June, we offer 5 practices per week at Riverside, Washington, and Juneau High Schools. From mid-June through early April, we offer up to 10 practices per week for our most advanced swimmers. We suggest a minimum of 2 to 3 practices per week for newer swimmers.
During the school year, we try to have about 2 meets per month – ideally, one home meet and one away meet. The summer meets vary from year to year. We also host or attend a one hour swim-a-thon in January each year. We also have our more experienced swimmers participate in Lake Open Water swims, obviously, during the summer months. |
